How many web pages we will get under EWB package ?
It depends on the plan you have signed up. For standard 100MB plan, you have 24 ready to use web pages and 100MB storage space. You can always upload extra web pages by yourself, provided you do not exceed your account quota.

What if I already have a web site but I want to use EWB ?
EWB is a very flexible system. Just copy the content from your existing web site and paste it into your EWB account. You do not have to redo your web site. If you don't have any idea how to copy the content of your web site to EWB system, just let us know and we will assist you.

How long it takes to activate my EWB account ?
We need at least 24 hours to activate your account because once your order is approved by the bank, Fraud Detection Team will review the order one more time. Your account will only be activated once we received approval from Fraud Detection Team.

Why there is no demo system for us to try before we sign up ?
We used to have a demo system where users can test the system before signing up. But due to some irresponsible users, we have to remove the demo system from the server. We hope the screen shots on our web site will able give you a better idea how our system works. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Feel free to contact us for more information.

What do you mean by Search Engine Optimized web site ?
EWB is developed to make your web development and optimization process more effective. It allows you to insert meta and other HTML tags into web pages without viewing the source code. EWB makes search engine optimization easier.

Will Application Service Provider (ASP) / expresswebdevelopment.com domain displayed as my URL ?
We try very hard to protect our clients' identity and make sure they get what they paid for. If you set the correct nameservers in domain control panel, the URL displayed will be : http://www.yourdomain.com/filename

Can I use EWB if I know nothing about web programming or designing ?
Yes. No prior web development experience is required to use EWB. EWB is a true WYSIWYG editor where you do not have to enter any coding to get what you want. eXpress Website Builder will do it for you.

After I updated the web page, how long I have to wait to see the changes ?
You will see the changes instantly. No time delay.

How many times I can update my web site every month ?
You may update your web site anytime you want. The more you update your web site, the better it will be. For your information, search engines like fresh good quality content.

If I have problem using the system, what is the fastest way I can get support from eXpress Support Team ?
The fastest way to get support from our support team is open a support ticket from Customer Support section. We do not recommend users to send e-mail directly to us because it will cause some delay.
We are working on a new support system for eXpress Website Builder users.

When can I launch my web site ?
When you are ready to launch your web site, just put the web site status as 'Online' and your web site will be available to the world. You need to set your nameservers from your domain panel correctly before you launch your web site.
If your domain name is registered with other registrar, you need to set the nameservers by yourself. We only do the setting for eXpress Domain clients.

Can I create a support page to serve our existing customers ?
EWB system comes with a customer support page. You do not have to ask your existing and potential customers to use the same form to contact you.

I want to have better ranking in search engine. Can EWB helps ?
Search engines like fresh and good quality content. If you are expecting a good ranking in major search engines, you need to make sure you have good page content and inserted relevant meta tags into your web pages. EWB helps you develop a web site that can be easily read by search engines without paying others to do for you.

What files can I upload to my EWB account ?
EWB supports various type of files. For instance, pdf, jpg, gif, htm, doc, txt and .png. Please check express website builder page for more information.

What is the specification of the server we going to use ?
Please refer to our data center page for more information about our network. EWB is managed by LNH division.

Can I use EWB to develop an online store ?
Yes. Due to the features of EWB and low maintenance cost, EWB is definitely an ideal tool for people who do not have experience doing business online.

Is database included in EWB ?
Database feature is not included in EWB package. If you need online database facility, you may sign up for an eXress web hosting plan.

Can I install other web applications into my EWB account ?
No. You are not allowed to install third party web applications into EWB. Please check out our eXpress Web Hosting plans if you want to install/use any third party web applications.

Can EWB protect my web files ?
Password protection feature is included to protect your hidden pages but not your standard web pages.

Can I add javascript into my web pages ?
Yes. You can add your own javascript in all pages. Head area is editable.
