Q(1) How do I make an order?
To make an order, simply use the online shopping cart system provided. The cart system will take you through each of the steps as you complete your purchases.

Q(2) How can I pay?
You can simply pay with your credit/debit card. Just follow the checkout process with your credit/debit card ready.
Please note that we cannot ship goods to PO Box and similar addresses or to addresses that are not registered with the credit card.

Q(3) When will my order be processed?
Your orders will be dispatched promptly when we haved received confirmation from our payment partners of your payment.

Q(4) How long will my order take to arrive?
On average deliveries can be fulfilled within 7-14 business days (subject to no interruptions on local postal services e.g. public holidays) and will be dependent upon confirmation of payment and availability of stocks. Should it take longer, we will inform you of any delays.
Please note from our experiences, orders to some countries can take much longer than 14 days. The delivery times of all orders will vary and depends on efficiency of each country's postal systems.

Q(5) Order Item Out-of-stock
If any of the item in an order is out-of-stock, we will offer the options of a full refund, refund of the out-of-stock item (partial refund) or replacement of the out-of-stock item. If for some reason, we are unable to contact our customer or the customer did not response to our request, the order will be automatically refunded after six weeks (from order date).

Q(6) Custom-made rackets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Rackets are assembled at no extra charge. To get the cost of a custom-made racket, add the cost of the blade and the rubber sheet(s). To comply with ITTF regulations, one side of the racket must be red and one side must be black.
